SEO Case Study: Fabric Mills


What we did

We helped the chain of fabric shops maximise its reach through its online shop, resulting in tremendous growth, along with helping develop a strategy for sustained future growth. As a part of the SEO we worked on conversion rate optimisation, and run fortnightly email campaigns containing promotions and competitions. We also advised and implemented an automatic email responder, that goes out to any customer who requests fabric samples. This encourages the customer to make a full order and rewards them for providing constructive feedback. By utilising the feedback from customers and our own competitor research we were able to provide insight and push the business forward to a new level.
