Branding, web design and strategic marketing support for a premium care community

– Dormy Care are now a family of four luxurious 60+ bedroom care homes, offering a mix of quality care services to the ladies and gentlemen who stay with them.

They approached us just as they were launching their first home to provide design and marketing support to raise brand awareness. Following initial talks, we quickly realised that the brand that had been created for them did not reflect the high standards in quality of living and care that Dormy held so dear.

We were entrusted with a bold, but important brand creation exercise that has proven fundamental to their positioning.

Foxhunters, a flagship home for the brand

Foxhunters Care Community was to be the flagship home for Dormy Care and key to its success was a quality marketing strategy across multiple channels with a clear level of quality throughout.

Working closely with Wendy, Dormy Care’s Director of Marketing, we have achieved exactly this. We helped with multiple marketing events to introduce the local community to the new home with local and national press coverage, as well as working on social media and ad-words campaigns before, during and after launch to bring in enquiries. Our design team were on hand 24/7 to assist with a vast array of literature, adverts, signage and web design.

Building on strong foundations

The success of Foxhunters and the Dormy brand has led to continuous growth. With three more care homes being quickly added to the group. For each home we have provided a broad, flexible and strategic mix of services, while working closely with their internal marketing team.

While continuing to provide design support and brand management, our marketing team have utilised digital channels to generate quality enquiries and raise localised brand awareness. Paid advertising campaigns and organic search traffic have led to high occupancy levels across all homes.
