Vehicle Hire Branding
Pronto is one of South Wales’ most highly regarded names in van and motorhome hire. They approached us to help them refresh their brand image and create a website that was engaging and functional. Operating out of Caerphilly, Pronto has been a strong part of the local community for many years and therefore needed a carefully considered new brand identity to refresh their original look. Honesty was a key goal of the rebranding project, it was very important not to make them look like something they are not, in order to maintain consumer trust and loyalty. We wanted Pronto’s trustworthiness to lead the project, knowing from the start that we would need to create a straight-talking, confident brand which reflected their heritage.
Their brand positioning was firmly established as a competitively priced, no hidden cost, van and motorhome rental with insurance and recovery all included. There are two sides to Pronto’s business model, one being van hire and the other being motorhome hire. These are two very different sectors which needed encompassing under one unified brand system. In order to appeal to both the commercial and leisure sector, we created a simple icon with hints of aspiration and adventure. The logo is simple so it can be displayed small on a motorhome and blown up to stretch over the full height of a commercial vehicle. This dual identity is key to Pronto’s success as a brand.
